Ingredients:
For the Wings:
✅ 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken wings (split into drumettes & flats)
✅ 2 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
✅ 1 tsp baking powder (helps the skin crisp up)
✅ 1 tsp sea salt
✅ 1 tsp black pepper
✅ 1 tsp smoked paprika
✅ ½ tsp garlic powder
✅ ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
✅ 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for baking)
For the Spicy Honey Mustard Glaze:
✅ 3 tbsp El Fuego Honey Mustard
✅ 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for extra depth)
✅ 1 tbsp soy sauce (adds umami & balance)
✅ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (brightens the flavors)
✅ 1 tsp hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
✅ 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
✅ 1 tbsp butter (adds richness & shine)
For Garnish:
✅ Chopped fresh chives or green onions
✅ Sesame seeds

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Wings
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp up).
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne.
- Toss the wings in the seasoning mix to coat evenly.
- Drizzle with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and toss again.

🟢 Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Place wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet (this helps air circulate).
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
🟢 Air Fryer Method:
- Preheat to 200°C (400°F).
- Arrange wings in a single layer.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.

- In a small saucepan, whisk together El Fuego Honey Mustard, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and hot sauce.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to create a slurry, then stir it into the glaze.
- Let the sauce thicken for 1-2 minutes, then stir in butter for a glossy finish.
4️⃣ Toss & Serve
- Once the wings are crispy, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the hot glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
